  Hotel Zorzis is a lovely hotel which is beautifully clean and decorated tastefully in shades of white with nice paintings of Santorini throughout the hotel. Towels and sheets are changed daily and a tasty, healthy breakfast is served in the airy breakfast lounge by friendly Hiroko and Maria. Rooms are comfortable with firm mattresses on the beds, air conditioning and a useful mini fridge (kettles for tea/coffee making are provided on request). The pool area is outstanding, an oasis with a magnificent mountain backdrop. There are plenty of sun beds for all guests and lovely staff (Spiros and Hiroko) will bring you a parasol to protect you from the hot sunshine. Zorzis is very conveniently located for beach, bars, restaurants and bus services for sightseeing. It is easy to hire a car, moped or quad bike from numerous rental establishments just a short distance from the hotel. There are also a number of tourist offices offering various tours and boat trips around the island nearby. Super hotel with exceptional service, beautiful gardens at very good value for money.

  Rooms can feel a little small for two adults. Location does not match the standard of the hotel as it is on the main street through Perissa which is overrun with mopeds, quad bikes etc. There is no pavement along this road which means that walking can be quite dangerous. We had a room at the front of the hotel with street/garden views where we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening but sometimes this was spoilt by noise from the street and loud music from the bar next door. I think the rooms at the back of the hotel facing the pool and mountain would be quieter.
